Position Description:
Vibrant Health is seeking dedicated individuals with a passion for technology and innovation to join our team as 3D Printing and Assembly Assistants. In this role, volunteers will be responsible for printing and assembling 3D parts that contribute to the creation of an automated robot for the Before Slavery Museum..
Key Responsibilities:
Use InMoov open-source software to produce and assemble 3D parts.
Operate and maintain 3D printers to produce high-quality parts.
Review and follow provided design specifications for printing.
Assemble 3D-printed parts with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
Maintain accurate documentation of tasks.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of 3D printing technology.
Ability to follow detailed instructions for printing and assembly.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team.
Enthusiasm for contributing to meaningful projects and initiatives.
Strong written and communication skills.
Must have access to a computer and basic understanding of Microsoft Suite applications.
