About

Join Georgia State alumni, faculty, staff and students for a service project at the Perimeter College Decatur campus. In its 10th year, the GSU Cares Annual Day of Service, hosted by the Alumni Association and Office of Civic Engagement, is a valued tradition during which alumni, students, and friends of Georgia State gather to give back to our communities.

Volunteers will be working in the Decatur Community Garden and the Native Plant Botanical Garden. This project includes general landscaping tasks to maintain and beautify the gardens.

All ages are welcome. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Each attendee will receive a GSU Cares t-shirt (while supplies last).  Snacks will be provided.
