GSU Cares @ Sandy Springs Recycling Center

Join Georgia State alumni and current students for a service project with Keep North Fulton Beautiful at the Sandy Spring Recycling Center. In its 9th year, the GSU Cares Annual Day of Service, hosted by the Alumni Association and Office of Civic Engagement, is a valued tradition during which alumni, students, and friends of Georgia State gather to give back to our communities. 

Volunteers will guide customers to the correct bin for their recyclables, assist in collecting items, sort incoming recyclables, and bale cardboard and plastics so that our materials are ready to be recycled into new products.

All ages are welcome. Minos must be accompanied by an adult 21 years+ 

Each volunteer will receive a GSU Cares 2022 t-shirt!
