Want to make a difference in the lives of others? Stay informed of the community needs in our Atlanta area, and sign up to volunteer through PawsForACause, Georgia State University’s online volunteer management system. Leadership & Service partners with local nonprofit organizations to offer volunteer opportunities for Georgia State students, faculty and staff.
Leadership & Service staff members lead group service projects, called GSU SERVICE DAYS, each month, along with annual service events such as the Panther Community Plunge, MLK Day of Service, Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week and Earth Week. Visit us on the Panther Involvement Network or visit PawsForACause to sign up for our upcoming service projects, programs and events.
Students who need to log volunteer hours should browse PawsForACause for upcoming opportunities. Our staff is available to help or advise students about volunteering. Community service opportunities are available for all interests, schedules and talents. We are here to help students find positions that are a good fit for them, so that the student, the agency and the community benefit!
